Butter fry lotus seeds

Ingredients

Lotus seed 300 gr
Butter 30 gr
French bean 50 gr
Onion 50 gr
Parsley 10 gr
salt, pepper, vegetarian seasoning

It takes just 5 minutes to preparefried lotus seedswith vegetables and butter. Such a perfect vegetarian recipe!

    -          Shell lotus seeds, take lotus hearts out. Put the lotus in the pot to boil well. Take them out to dry. Beans, boiled and chopped in small cubes. Onion peeled, split in cubes.

    Fry the butter on the hot pan. Fry the cubed onionsand then put lotus seeds, beans to stir well with salt, pepper, vegetarian seasonings to your taste. Served in plates with parsley on the top and steamed rice.
