Fryminced garlic on a hot oil pan;putgreen onion, and the rest fried pork fat pieces into the pot;add 1 teaspoon seasoning, some salt, pepper and stir quickly over low heat. Spread the instant noodles overthe aluminated foil; put green onion and sauce over; put shrimp on the top. Wrap with the aluminated foil to keep warm. Serve hot .
