The aroma of mango mingled with fresh cream will make your mango mousse very attractive.
To put fresh cream into the blender to beat for about 5 minutes. Do not beat too long,else the cream will not be frozen.
Mango peeled, seeded and chopped in pieces.Put into a blender with condense milk, sugar, milk, agar (already soaked) and mashed well.
Mix this with cream and pour into a glass.Put in a cold zong of the fridge for about 10 minutes. Decorate with some cream, cherry and trimmed carrot.
