Grilled tasty sausages wrappedwith slightly hot pork cover is a favorite recipe for your whole family.

Garlic, onion peeled and finely minced. Carrots, white radish peeled and thinly sliced in fibers. Purple cabbage, lettuce washed and minced. Slicepork in thin 5 cm long pieces;marinatein a bowl with minced garlic, ½ tablespoon fish sauce, 1 tablespoon sugar, salt, 1 teaspoon coffee, 1 tablespoon chili & pepper powder for about 40 minutes.

Spread pork slices onto a plate; putsausage in the middle; roll up. Grill over a hot oil bar. Put lettuce, purple cabbage, carrots, turnipsonto a plate; mix some vinegar oil, stir and put on a plate. Put grilled sausage on the top. Served with chili sauce.
