Today, my husband and I stopped by a Mexican restaurant in town to try the food there. It was amazing to see they served food in the lava rock bowl. If you have heard about volcano and how volcano is built, you will know that lava comes out from volcano and this rock can keep food hot for at least one hour.

The food is so good. The lava rock bowl which is used to serve the food make it so hot and fresh. I ordered a mix lava food, which includes shrimp, beef, chicken, pork and those will be served with bean, vegetable and tomato salad in a tortilla (Mexican flour wrapper to wrap food).

Here is the photo of the food on a lava rock. It is worth for $12.00, so much food and so fresh!!! This lava can burn your hand if you touch it accidentally . Be careful!!!
